Besides on-site bowling center lessons I have conducted classroom and on-line instruction. The lessons begin with an evaluation of a proper ball fit (if using a personal bowling ball). I discuss your bowling goals and any physical issues which would effect your ability to deliver the ball in a traditional way (I proud myself on providing bowling lessons for bowlers with all types of physical limitations and other special needs.
I have been giving private lessons and group classes for 40+ years. Additionally I am a USBC Bronze Instructor for certifying coaches on the second level of bowling coach certification. I have traveled the United States giving Bronze classes since 1997. I am currently the varsity head coach of the local high school. I have my bowling coach resume available which includes awards from the bowling national governing body and the United States Olympic Committee. I was also the Director of Training for the International Bowling Proshop and Instructors Association (IBPSIA).

1995 - 2004: One of four instructors in the U.S. selected as National Trainer. One of two instructors to provide Master Instructor training. Conducted classes in Richmond, Virginia, Indianapolis, Indiana, Spokane, Washington, Milwaukee, WI and Atlanta, GA.
YABA Ohio State Representative
1994 - 1997 Selected as a candidate for State Representative by Eddie Scheller (Regional ABC Representative) and Ken Wheeler (Ohio YABA President). Completed State Representative training at Greendale, Wisconsin in February 1994. Presentations given at Ohio State Board Meetings, Jamboree and co-presented with Executive Director Joe Wilson at Ohio BPA Youth seminar. Also presented a two-part, eight-hour workshop on time management for volunteers at the 1996 International Workshop in Peoria, IL. Have received positive Performance Reviews from Yvonne Shaw (Communications), Pete Peterson (Midwest Rep.) and Gloria Loftis (Western Rep.) for all terms of office.
1993 - 1999 Conducted classes throughout the state of Ohio and in Spokane, Washington. Selected by David Dahms, the Manager of Education and Training to conduct Instate Instructor seminars throughout the U.S.

1992 - 1993 Volunteered for office in the face of a $6000 deficit. Negotiated payment reduction and/or scheduling with all debtors. Incorporated procedures to insure a "paper trail" exists on all transactions. Proposed auditing procedure with Board of Directors to maintain bonding compliance. Restored financial integrity in one year. Resigned from office to accept Ohio State Representative position.

1984 - 2004 Provide coaching for PeeWee, Bantam, Prep and Junior/Major leagues. Considered an authority by other coaches in the areas of positive reinforcement techniques, 4-step approach development and spot targeting methods.
