About Sheela
I am a professional Scrabble player and have been playing Scrabble for over forty years. Have been a champion twice. Have been giving Scrabble lessons to learners at WEA Sydney and WEA Adelaide over many years. I am passionate about Scrabble, continue to play online in Covid times and would love to see more people learn to play the game especially youngsters

Scrabble is a game which combines vocabulary and strategy. It is not a simple word game like Boggle. The course will focus on equipping students first with basic rules to play the game and slowly to build the tips and tricks to improve voacabulary and strategy used to achieve high scores and win the game.
