I like to build relationships with my students so they feel comfortable and don't feel insecure asking questions and advocating for their needs. I tend to explain and teach lessons by using real life examples and experiences so the child has an easier time working without me. I also like to use creative techniques to keep the lessons fun and make sure the the information makes sense, for example I often draw pictures to create a visual.
I am currently a student at the University of Utah studying behavioral science and child development. I attended an all french school from 1st-8th grade where I did all of my subjects in french, I then took advanced french in High school and started a creative writing club for my fellow french speakers and I! I also lived in Paris when I was 11 years old with my family.
