About Charlotte

People become confident in their ability to express themselves through writing do so by writing and revising. That is my preferred technique. While new at the concept of Superprof, I have taught hundreds of students over the years to write more effectively and more efficiently.

Terry Pratchett said, "There's no such thing as writer's block. That was invented by people in California who couldn't write."

Everyone can learn to write more effectively and more efficiently by separating the creative process of getting words on paper from the revision and proofreading process of making that work clear to the reader.

I work directly with writers, whether on school projects or personal creative projects, to improve their ability to express themselves and get better grades. I use questions for brainstorming and feedback on content and mechanics to help people improve their writing. I avoid skill drills except where needed.
