About Timur
I am a software engineer focused on backend systems, applied AI, and data-driven tools, with an academic background in molecular biology, genetics, and bioinformatics. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Bioinformatics and contributing to a TÜBİTAK 1001-funded research project on Alzheimer’s disease subtype prediction using transcriptomic data and deep learning. I am also involved in an early-stage startup, where I work on APIs, data workflows, and AI-powered product features. As a tutor, I enjoy explaining technical topics in a clear and practical way. My goal is to help students understand the logic behind programming, build confidence through practice, and learn how to approach problems independently.
