I am a year 11 student in Lostock College who has been tutoring maths and french for 2 years. I excel in these two subjects and I am targeted a grade 9 in maths and 8 in french. On average, the students that I tutor improve by at least 2 grades.

What I usually do is, I allow you to tell me your weak spots in those particular subjects (could be anything or everything) and I will start my tutoring there. For maths, I will teach, not only how to answer those types of questions, but the understanding that goes into answering them as well as giving you the necessary toolkit you need to answer more questions like those in the future. For french, I will teach you a method called spaced repetition which will allow you to build up a bank of keywords that you can use in any situation.
