Methodology
I base my lessons on a demonstration approach and the understanding of the concept of different topics prior to baseline assessments and multiple informal assessments then making sure that all my students or learners grasp the content knowledge of the topic.
Background
I have a master degree in chemistry and Postgraduate Certificate of Education(PGCE) in mathematics and physical science, an experienced high school teacher since 2016 and I have been giving tutoring for 20 years. Over the last 3 years, the pass rate of my grade 12 classes is between 92% and 100%
