About the lesson
My teaching approach is based on the yogaskills method created by Master Teacher Yirser Ra Hotep who also coined the term Kemetic Yoga. This method emphases creating conditions through activating the parasympathetic nervous system whereby the body and mind can heal themselves, characterized by a series of geometrically progressive postures and rule of 4 breathing technique.
