Trained in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga my classes are a combination of both using breath, poses, and writing practices to shift your experience of stress and it's multiple side affects such as low self-esteem, fatigue, scattered thoughts, difficulty sleeping.
I design classes specifically for you- there is no one size fits all, to reinforce your strengths, what you're well, and to help you find the tools that work for you to make the changes in your life that you need.
My classes are based on research, field-tested yoga techniques and over a decade of yoga practice. Having taught for over 5 years in 3 countries to hundreds of diverse students, including girls from the slum in Liberia to elderly clients at the Senior Center giving me vast experience in tailoring classes, language, and life coaching skills. Currently, I attend Harvard Extension studying Psychology- I am learning to apply yoga tools to increase mental resiliency and lead am leading stress management courses for humanitarian aid responders, as well as veterans, and other civil servants.
