My teaching method is being present with breath and gratitude in the heart. I include the whole body giving it the love and attention it deserves! My focus is stretching and building strength to protect the body so we do not get hurt in everyday routines.
I have been doing yoga for over 20 years now. I have been teaching family and friends for many years. I advocate a healthy life and yoga has been a saving grace! I love to share with others my passion and knowledge of how to take care of ourselves.
