Yoga is for every body and everybody!
My yoga classes are personalized to fit every student perfectly! I offer many different styles of yoga from Core Power Yoga to Prenatal Yoga! I also incorporate other therapeutic techniques in our classes, including reiki, mediation, breathing exercises, and aromatherapy. It's okay if you don't know what you want yet. We can figure it out together!

About Nikki
My name is Nikki Sunshine! I started teaching yoga in 2017 and I have loved every second of it! During this time I have held other positions in healthcare(CNA & Nurse), but teaching yoga has always been my favorite! I did my Yoga Teacher Training program with Yandara Yoga Institute. This training changed my life! I stayed in the desert in Southern Baja California, Mexico for one month studying yoga and living a simple life. Here I learned a whole new way to live and love life. I came back home ready to share the gift of yoga with anyone who needed it!
