  • 00 flour, which is rich in gluten and gives the dough its elasticity.
  • Around 25 grams of salt per kilo of flour.
  • Baker’s yeast
  • Water
  • Patience since you’re going to have to knead the dough for around 30 minutes and then let it sit for at least 8 hours.
