About Hector
I’ve been in the hotel & hospitality industry for more than 10 years focusing on learning each role specifically & improving on customer service with each new opportunity I receive.
When I started hotel hospitality I worked in room service, housekeeping and as a front desk clerk. Later on when I moved onto restaurants I started as a busser, then became a food runner, expediter, server, bartender & eventually rose to manager.
I’ve also been working individually on events & with catering companies where I learned basic procedures such as French Service along with cocktail & wine reception among other things.
Having networked within the industry also gave me the opportunity to host my own events within galleries, open spaces, parks & art houses. I've also promoted for nightclubs during the weekends.

As an avid traveler, self taught linguist & native Spanish speaker, I have been able to adapt to living in a new country without ever forgetting how to read, write & speak in my native tongue. For many new generations, Spanish has become less frequently spoken & sometimes not fluent at all.
I am proud of my heritage & admire those who pursue a new language!
