I am an ADHD adult, a mother, and an expert in ADHD and learning differences. With a Ph.D. from Cambridge University in Neuropsychology, specializing in ADHD, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I've traveled nationally and internationally, educating teachers on how to effectively teach ADHD students. Additionally, I conduct seminars for families and their students, focusing on teaching the unique learning styles of ADHD youth. In my sessions, I cover essential skills such as organizational skills, study techniques, and decoding complex instructions to ace tests and exams. Dr.Anders Osborne Ph.D. worked with both of my children and was a great support to my family. She taught social skills for my youngest and helped my teen with organizational ans study strategies. This was a game changer for both of them. My sons grades have improved becasue he now knows how to organize himself to study and finds it not as agonizing to study for test and or exams.
