My lessons have a solid theoretical and pragmatic basis. The theoretical is grounded in the work of Covey (7 Habits), Watkins (1st 90 Days), Schwartz (Survival of the Savvy), Patterson (Crucial Conversations), etc. The pragmatic comes from more than 30 years performing in world-class corporations, working up from professional to manager to leader. In this time, there are political scenarios I have not encountered or witnessed. I am here to integrate my learnings with the experience and wisdom of my clients to improve their chances of effectiveness and success. If you are in a challenging political scenario at work. Let's talk.
