About Jake
I am a recent college graduate from Illinois Institute of Technology, majoring in Physics. I am currently studying to be a high school physics and math teacher, but in the mean time I am looking to give lessons on those subjects. I have tutored students since high school, and I also have two years of experience teaching SAT and ACT prep for The Princeton Review

I tend to instruct students in a very free flowing manner. I will start with what makes the most sense to myself, and constantly gauge the student(s) reaction to what is being presented and adjust accordingly. One of my greatest strengths as an instructor is that I am patient, and willing to approach a topic over and over from many different angles until the student can understand. I ask for student input very frequently to give the student as much practice as possible and so that I always know what the student understands and what they do not.
