About Nikki
Hello! I'm Dr. Nikki Grimes and I am an Associate Dean of Student Support. I have been in higher education for twenty years. My area of expertise includes student success, advising, and support. I help students who are on academic probation and academic reinstatement along with general advising. During my years in education I also functioned as a student success coach and worked closely with first-year students. I help support students who are struggling academically but also assist students navigate the confusing world of college.

These sessions are for college students and those who are preparing to enter college. Our first meeting will be focused on getting to know one another and setting goals. My philosophy is to empower students to reach their highest potential. Your goals will determine how our lessons will be structured. With twenty years of experience in higher education, I pride myself in helping and supporting students through their academic journey.
