About Ludie
I am a university student in the Sciences Po x Columbia University dual degree program. I study politics and economics, but I have a profound interest in language learning too. I speak French, English, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, and some phrases of Tigrignian. What I value most in languages is the way they are vehicles for a culture. Beyond my academic profile, I have professional experience working with kids aged 3-12. I am also a major history enthusiast, love philosophy, literature, and art. I am prepared to meet any student where they are and to help them develop their love of learning as well!!

I’m a dynamic and engaging tutor who is not interested in giving typical “book exericse” lessons, but rather learning through spoken practice. I have a deep understanding of French and international literature, and my tutoring goals go beyond pure language acquisition to a cultural exchange as well. I work with 3 year olds with no language experience and with 10 year olds who need language reinforcement: my lessons are adaptable to your students’ needs!
Finally, I’m an attentive person. I always have my students’ best interests at heart.
