About Paul
I am a research biochemist with an MS degree in Biological Sciences, and a BS degree in General Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Neuroscience. I have eight plus years experience working as a biochemist in academic research. During this time, I taught courses to undergraduates in molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, biophysics, and general chemistry. I have a nuanced and practical understanding of the biological sciences and I am able to draw from my experience to effectively procure optimal learning outcomes. It is my hope I can assist students of all levels and experiences in attaining their goals in learning the life sciences!

Hi! My name is Paul and I am a research biochemist with a Master's degree in Biological Sciences, focus in Biotechnology. I have experience teaching biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, and general chemistry to college undergraduate and graduate students. I am super passionate about all things life sciences and would love to impart my knowledge and experience in these topics to students at any level, from AP Biology through college and graduate school. I think biology can be incredibly fun and interesting to learn about if taught well! I utilize a practical approach to teaching and try to tailor my lessons to each individual student or class, depending on their level of understanding and learning goals. It is my hope that I can share some of my passion for biology with you by enhancing your ability to learn and apply this topic!
