About María
I'm María, I'm 25 years old and I'm studying biology at the University of Murcia. Since I was in high school, I already knew that my professional career would focus on the life sciences. And I was not wrong. In addition to the degree, I also studied a Veterinary Assistant course, so you can see that I am passionate about nature.
But, as biologists are tired of saying, biology is not just animals and plants. There is much more. From the most minuscule of molecular biology, to the entire planet with ecology.

I think the most important thing in science is to UNDERSTAND the subject. I love to explain concepts with simple metaphors or comparisons with examples from everyday life to create a clearer vision of what we are learning. It is essential that we establish a base of knowledge to be able to absorb everything that biology has to teach us.
I will not only explain the subject to you, but I will try to open your mind so that it is easier for you to understand for yourselves.
