I was not aware of the 49 dollar charge, I also was not contacted back from the email. This along with not being contacted back by any tutors I requested. I have since deleted one of my accounts I need to make sure I will not be charged in the future. There is no icon to click to remove my card so it appears your company holds my information. This has been the most frustrating and fraudulent business concept.
