About Cavin
I've been in love with martial arts since the first time I saw a Bruce Lee movie as a kid.
I'm an avid fan who studies the art and tries to put his own blend on it. Having said that, I have experience with numerous different martial arts and I've trained clients before, so don't worry I am not just an armchair analyst. I look forward to meeting you and exchanging views on the art we love.

I have 5 years of martial arts experience mainly MMA. My lessons will be a mix of footwork drills and technical mittwork with a bit of cardio sprinkled in. These are designed for complete beginners who just want to move around and hit mitts all the way to active practitioners who want supplementary drills to improve their arsenal. You never stop learning with martial arts so I look forward to a collaborative lesson with anyone who wants to share their ideas and insights.
