About Matthew
I’m a Development Scientist with a BSc in Biochemistry and an MSc in Cancer Biology and Therapeutics. In my current role, I apply my knowledge of biology and biochemistry to advance research and develop innovative approaches in the field, which gives me real-world insight into the science I teach. I’m just getting started with tutoring, but I am passionate about helping students excel and achieve their goals. I believe that everyone has the potential to do better, and I’m here to support students in developing a deeper understanding of their subjects, boosting their confidence, and reaching their full potential. Outside of my professional life, I’m an avid football fan and enjoy spending my free time either playing or watching the game. Football teaches me the importance of teamwork, strategy, and perseverance, values that I bring into my teaching style as well. Just like in football, I believe that with the right mindset and support, everyone can thrive and progress.
