My lessons combine the various holistic health tools for an immersive and transformational experience. We will begin with mindful movement (yoga, qi gong, fitness) and mindfulness and then use breathwork to regulate our body and enter meditative and self-actualization states. We will work on health in a variety of ways, but it all begins with valuing ourselves; then we lead ourselves into the proper self-care, validation and honoring of our individual and unique being.
