About Tanesh
I always encourage my students to do their best and show failures as chances to improve. I never criticize but remind of what they need to improve on. Every little step towards success is a step and not to be ignored but embraced. I always point that out to students, so they don't get discouraged. My philosophy has been to take one step towards me to ask for help and I will take one hundred steps towards you in giving you all the help you need. I want to show students they are capable of achieving what they thought they could not achieve.
