About Nathan
I am a patient person with the capability to make plans for each individual student's learning abilities. I absolutely love playing the guitar - it is my favorite instrument above any other that I know how to play. As I mentioned in another section, I have been playing for 15 years and I have no intention of stopping any time soon. My passion above all else is music. If I can share that passion with others that wish to learn how to play the guitar I would be overjoyed!
Teaching others in a relaxed, personalized, and professional manner is how I intend to approach every lesson. Each person is different, not just in their learning abilities, and I understand that completely.
I do my best to be punctual with every lesson. My students' time is very important to me and it is not something I will ever misuse. When I am teaching, I am teaching without distraction. My undivided attention goes to my students when it is their time.

A typical lesson plan can vary from learning lessons from a book to teaching how to write music. Each new student will undergo an initial assessment to determine their current knowledge of the guitar. Tests will also be implemented to chart students' progress - similar to school without the overwhelming pressure of a grade or being held back.
Students will also learn how to maintain their guitar with lessons on how to change strings, clean, and even upgrade their guitar. These lessons are equally as essential to learning how to play the instrument. If you know your guitar like the back of your hand it can set you apart from the rest!
My aim, above all else, is to have learning how to play and maintain guitar be a positive experience, not a discouraging one.
