About Katie
I have years of experience training new chefs in many different capacities, as a working executive chef, it was a huge portion of the job showing new chefs cooking techniques, knife skills, and how to read and follow recipes. I love teaching those eager to learn my craft and sharing my knife and cooking skills. I am patient and enjoy hands on teaching/learning. Over 20 years experience cooking all different cuisines, as well as vegetarian and vegan. Let’s cook!!

I have a bachelor degree in restaurant/hotel mgmt. from The University of Wisconsin. I also have a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu. I Worked with and for very prestigious chefs in high end and fine dining restaurants. Private chef to public figures, politicians, professional sports players, etc. Classicly French trained, but can cook all cuisines. Was a vegan chef to a business mogul for 3 years and traveled with the family to his multiple homes throughout the U.S.
Also cooked for meal service on his private Jets. Over 20 years of experience. Very punctual, dependent, and patient. I love teaching people my craft/skill.
