About Ornella
Graduated from a logistics school, then a business school, followed by 6 years of experience in project development, and business development, I have a very good knowledge of the business world, associative and its stakeholders. Through these experiences, I had the opportunity to coach and support: -entrepreneur (project management / preparation of launch) -consultants (personal branding / preparation maintenance) -commerciaux (sales technique / preparation maintenance / negotiation) - students (personal branding / preparation maintenance) -adolescents (school orientation / motivation) For 2 years, I accompany and I put this knowledge to the service of others, to guide them and help them to find the right way, that in which the Individual will flourish professionally and personally.

My method is based on the connection between what a person wants, his desires, his life goals, his passions, the meaning it brings to the world, and financial viability. It is a philosophy that approaches what is called IKIGAI, in the Western sense of the term. During this personal work, we will begin by identifying together, through questioning, your desires and aspirations. From this stage we will come up with some big goals. In a second time we will do a research of resources to achieve these objectives. Then we will do together a plan of attack and strategic. I will accompany you during the realization of this plan to consider together the opportunities and find solutions to any unforeseen. This method of work is adaptable and facilitates reflection, decision-making and action.
