I’m a personal development coach, specialist tutor, and neurodiverse mentor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across education, wellbeing, and mental health. Holding a Master’s in Fitness and Wellbeing Studies and a BA (Hons) in Special Educational Needs and Physical Education, I bring both academic insight and a deep, lived understanding of neurodiversity to my practice.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in diverse settings—secure environments, schools, and community hubs—helping both young people and adults with learning differences and neurodivergent profiles, including ADHD and autism. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD and autism later in life, I bring a unique, empathetic perspective to my work, offering real understanding and flexibility.

I specialize in helping neurodivergent learners overcome barriers, develop self-belief, and achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. My approach is rooted in compassion and tailored to each individual’s learning style, pace, and strengths. With additional training in counselling skills, CBT techniques, and trauma-informed mentoring, I ensure that every session is aligned with your needs and designed to foster confidence, growth, and clarity.

My goal is simple: to support you in celebrating your uniqueness, breaking through challenges, and achieving your full potential with a focus on understanding, empowerment, and positive change.

Developing Effective Time Management and Organizational Skills: ADHD can often make it difficult to stay organized or manage time effectively. I help you implement practical strategies for time management, goal setting, and prioritization, making everyday tasks feel more manageable and less overwhelming.

Managing Distractions and Focus: Staying focused in a world full of distractions can be a challenge. Together, we will identify techniques and strategies that work best for you, helping you maintain focus and stay on track—whether in school, work, or personal life.

Overcoming Emotional and Mental Health Challenges: Neurodivergent individuals can experience heightened emotional responses. I provide support for emotional regulation and mental wellbeing, helping you understand and manage emotions in a healthy, constructive way.

Navigating Social and Professional Settings: Social and workplace environments can be difficult to navigate. I offer guidance on building effective communication skills, managing social anxiety, and preparing for transitions, helping you feel more confident in social and professional settings.

Breaking Through Barriers and Achieving Your Goals: My coaching is all about practical, achievable steps. Together, we’ll set clear, SMART goals—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound—that help you move forward confidently, whether it's academic success, career growth, or personal development.
