About Mira
I am currently the lead programmer in a mechanical engineering lab. This gives me the the responsibility of ensuring that everybody is up to speed on what they need to know to accomplish the tasks needed
Often times this included undergraduates who were uncertain about their ability to code. However often times I find that code is a lot simpler than people anticipate and I was able to quickly help them understand what was needed for them to get their task done.
I hope to apply my skills in teaching programming beyond the lab and help others gain skills and confidence in code as well!

I am experienced at teaching programming to people who would never consider themselves programmers. I think that very often, people are intimidated by code because it can be taught in a confusing way.
