Duration : 60 minutes - Price : $150.00 - Place : Chicago (60605)I am an experienced performer and writer. I give lessons to students, improv troupes, businesses/business leaders, and anyone who is interested in becoming more present.
I incorporate theatre techniques, movement techniques (such as Commedia dell'arte), and theatre games. I combine these with meditation and awareness exercises.
As a teacher, I am enthusiastic and playful, and I create a warm, open, and childlike environment.

Course setup
I have been teaching improv for over 12 years, and I have just begun to combine improv with my knowledge of meditation in order to teach awareness and "play" as an adult. I have taught hundreds of students, and I am able to teach groups as large as 30-40 people. I have taught in festivals, as well as private conferences.
