About Chris
I'm a final year university student, and have been giving private maths lessons for a year, mostly to friends and family. I've been studying maths and computer science/programming since GCSE, so am intimately familiar with the content and examination formats in these subjects, and have achieved A's in both at A level. I like programming simulations in my free time, and love logic and combinatorics problems.

I base my teaching heavily on building intuitions and analogies for important concepts, and then approach different topics by working through exercises, trying to apply these intuitions at each logical step. I try to minimise the amount of memorisation needed, and instead focus on building key insights.
