About Iryna
I grew up in Eastern Europe and was trained in the arts under the old Soviet system, which has always been highly esteemed throughout the world. While studying in such circumstances was certainly difficult at times, I'm nonetheless indebted to it for many reasons, including the strong work ethic, high expectations of myself, and keen attention to detail it successfully instilled within me. With that said, however, another key lesson the Soviet system taught me was the need to adopt a much softer and more balanced teaching approach with my own students.

Before earning my Master's Degree in classical voice I spent ten years studying piano and another four years training in the area of vocals. As a lifelong musician I have extensive knowledge and experience that should prove invaluable for anyone hoping to up their game and take their skills to the next level.
I usually maintain a gentle style of teaching but I'm also frequently able to adjust well to the specific needs and preferences of my students.
Above all, I love music and my main goal is helping others to love it too!
