I am a young adult with a big passion for tumbling. I was a gymnast/competitive cheerleader for 7+ years. I am currently a Gymnastics coach for Xcel Platinum. I can teach cheerleading from levels 1-6 and gymnastics from levels Devo. - 7.

About the lesson

Lessons start with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up to help increase blood flow to the muscles. I help explain the physics of tumbling to get a deeper understanding of their goal. Drills/hands-on spotting techniques will occur. 5-10 minutes of conditioning/cool-down stretch towards the end. Post-lesson, I will have a brief talk on accomplishments/weak points.
