About Rico
I have worked under a corporate setting, restaurant setting, and retail setting, which all come with their own unique challenges and benefits. Some involved me to act as a team leader running shifts, while others had me work in small groups and report to superiors constantly on our group's efforts to finish tasks. Overall, I have learned the importance of remaining not just professional with others, but held accountable for various tasks. My goal is to hold others accountable as much as they hold me accountable and ultimately grow together effectively.

I graduated from the University of Tampa already with a bachelor's in Finance and Business Analytics. My goal is to become a teacher and I want to take initiative tutoring to help bolster my teaching skills in the subjects I’m most passionate about. For accreditations in Finance, I’m currently pursuing the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and AFM (Advanced Financial Modeler) designation, have completed my SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam, Wall Street Prep’s 3-Statement and Discounted Cash Flows model certifications, and Bloomberg’s Market Concepts and Finance Fundamentals certifications as well. My past experience in recruiting, research, and taking a general career-prep course during undergrad has allowed me to become keen at helping others write, build proper resumes, and be adept at navigating college to prepare for a proper career thereafter! Lastly, coming from an Italian-American heritage, my mantra growing up has been to tackle everything in life with passion and to embrace communicating with others. I’d be happy to learn anyone’s background and story more as I help teach them how to become better at certain subjects!
