About Lizzie
Born & raised in Phoenix, I have been dancing for nearly 25 years and coaching for over 10 of those years. A small portion of my experience is at a professional level; however, I chose professional coaching as my calling. My personal favorite styles are jazz and musical theater, always emphasizing movement quality in my lessons. As a coach, I am passionate about beginners!! The excitement for growth and knowledge empowers me! However, I can never stray too far from my advanced students who I’ve worked with for 5+ years and watched grow.

I am a dance educator for all. My classes focus on the unique wants of the dancer, while keeping lessons fun! Dance is freeing and should be accessible to those of all levels. If you’re simply wanting steady rhythm and a few go to moves, I got you! Needing to focus on technique to be elite? I have a program for that too.
With a background in health & wellness coaching, all programs are curated to the individual and planned with clear objectives in mind.
