Methodology

I start with extablishing the student's learning style and needs. I provide differentiated instruction based on the initial assessment: group and individual instruction. I am very adept at preparing innovative and flexible lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of each student.

Highly motivated and dynamic English instructor with a PhD in ESL and 7 years of experience at college level (in addition to 4 years in K-12/adult education) invested in students' academic and personal success and in reaching all students of diverse backgrounds.
