About Cécile
I was born and raised in Paris where I studied language and history at La Sorbonne University.
I am curently teaching as a private tutor and at the Alliance française of Los Angeles, a French institution created in Paris in 1883 to promote French language and culture worldwide.
For more than 8 years I have taught students of all ages with a wide range of goals, including academic, professional, and personal objectives.
It has allowed me to develop skills to adjust my pedagogical approach according to the individual needs. This involves creating tailor-made lesson plans, providing targeted exercises to reinforce particular language skills, or even providing additional support for specific goals such as exam preparation.
I have also been teaching in conversation classes that require to create a stimulating environment and interactive activities to encourage students to speak and practice the language.
As a certified examiner for the TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français) and DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française) I can also prepare you for official exams that require specific skills and knowledge.
Whether you're a busy professional, a student with a hectic schedule, or a parent juggling multiple commitments, I offer flexible lesson times to accommodate your needs.
