About Tess
I am a dedicated Economics tutor with 4 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I have taught between 150 to 200 students, helping them understand complex economic concepts with ease and confidence. My passion for education comes from a deep interest in how economies work and how these ideas shape our everyday lives. I believe that every student can succeed with the right support and approach. That’s why I focus on making Economics simple, clear, and connected to real life. I use practical examples, current events, and case studies to help students see the subject in action. Whether it's supply and demand, inflation, or global trade, I make sure students not only learn but also enjoy the process. One of my proudest milestones as a tutor was helping a struggling student move from failing grades to scoring in the top 10% of their class. Moments like these remind me why I love teaching and how powerful good guidance can be. I also teach related subjects like Business Studies and basic Math for Economics, depending on what each student needs. My teaching style is flexible, motivating, and student-centered. My goal is not just to improve grades, but to build confidence and inspire a deeper interest in the subject.

Along with Economics, I also teach related subjects such as Business Studies and basic Math for Economics. My goal is to help students build strong foundations, grow in confidence, and succeed in their studies and future careers.
