My approach is to meet the student where they are, help them work with their strengths in order to address areas in which they struggle. No one approach is a catch-all for all students, so I believe that a variety of approaches are necessary to reach the student's understanding and broaden their minds.
I have 10 years of experience working with people living with Autism/Aspergers. I have developed educational curriculum to help students reach daily and academic goals. I love to introduce budding scholars with a love of reading for daily tasks and leisure.
