As a tutor, I understand that building trust is just as important as building academic skills. With over 20 years of experience teaching elementary students and years of one-on-one tutoring, I bring not only deep content knowledge, but also patience, consistency, and a commitment to every child’s success. Students can count on me to be prepared, organized, and respectful of their time and learning pace. I take pride in creating a positive, encouraging environment where mistakes are treated as learning opportunities and progress is celebrated. I also take care to communicate clearly with both students and parents, so everyone feels informed and supported. My goal is always to help students feel capable and confident. I meet them where they are, tailor instruction to their needs, and make learning engaging and manageable. My professional experience allows me to recognize when to push, when to pause, and how to keep students motivated and on track.
