My methodology will vary depending on the student or the goals. Students who would like to improve will learn to analyze prior assessments and we will identify errors and how to rectify that in the future. We will work closely to develop strategies for success which will include skills such as, organizational, note taking and self study. For state test prep, we will review old exams and discuss patterns which appear in questions, topics and format. Then we will become practiced in mastering these. If enrichment is the goal, we could even have our session at a museum or zoo where we can discuss what we observe and make connections as to how it applies it to class.
