About Tawna

I just graduated from Eastern Washington University with my Bachelor's Degree, and I spent 6 years studying these subjects. During high school, I took AP classes in math, and running start classes for science. This has prepared me for more advanced levels of human biology, algebra, and trigonometry. Once I was at EWU, I started tutoring 2 of my friends for 2 years during college, and they saw an increase in their test scores from about 60% to 90%. I spent the majority of my tutoring time helping my friends with organic chemistry, mostly including naming carbon structures, as well as Human A&P. I have been a student studying all of these subjects myself, and I found success through discovering my best study techniques. I will help you learn whatever you are working on and find your best study techniques as well.

About the lesson

I believe in implementing visual, auditory, written, and repetition for optimal studying. My study methods include memorizing flash cards, doing practice tests, and talking through the materials with others. I can give lessons for high school and undergraduate college courses in math, chemistry, and Human anatomy & physiology courses.

Cancellation policy: If the tutoring session is cancelled 48 hours prior, you will not be charged any money. If the tutoring session is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the meet up time, then you will be charged a fee of $20.
