I am an exercise scientist and personal trainer. I started training at 13 and now have well over 10 plus years experience in fitness and exercise science. I have firsthand dealt with anything related to fitness; Strength training, bodybuilding, weight loss, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, injuries and overcoming mental blocks
