About Hamid
I am a PhD holder in Applied Mathematics with more than 25 years successful experience in teaching a variety of Math courses and programs in high schools, colleges and Universities.
In addition, I have experience of Visiting Researching at Computer Science Department in SFU and Marker and Math Guider in north America KUMON as well.
I finished my Bachelor, Master and PhD degree in Applied Mathematics.
Currently, I am working as a professional and experienced Math, Physics and Statistics tutor in metro Vancouver.

I proudly teach a variety of subjects in Math, Statistics and Physics with emphasize on details by problem solving and explain the topics thoroughly from middle school, high school to college and University. In addition, my focus is on preparing students for AMC 8,10/12, Math Contest (Gauss, Pascal, etc.), SAT, GRE Subject, ACT, GMAT.
1. I not only ensure that my students know a concept or subject, but also actually understand it.
2. I try to stay my focus on teaching to my students in optimum time and the best quality.
3. I always ask topics and questions step by step to make sure my students understand better.

Perfect! My sun could understand questions in his quiz ,that he did not know at school ,he told me ,”it’s easier than I thought. Lol”.
Perfect! Hamid does an excellent job explaining complex concepts in an intuitive way.
Perfect! Hamid's approach is filled with positivity and encouragement. Beyond this tone, he also was successful at building momentum when I thought our son's time would feel difficult and slow. Not the case ! Not only momentum building, when asked in private after a session with Hamid, our son seemed embarrassed to admit that he felt his tutor sessions were perfect, and having listened to an entire session myself, I also admit that Hamid is the perfect math tutor.
One major point to initially choose Hamid, was that he advertised to work with gifted and not so gifted students. Admittedly, I was unsure how helpful a math PhD would be for our neurodiverse son, for his grade 6 math challenges, but Hamid exceeded the mark every time, with patience and brilliance. Hamid raises the bar for tutor performance.
Worth every dollar.

Perfect! My 11th grader in AP Calc found Hamid very helpful. He has a professional demeanor and established a good rapport with my son right away, and explained concepts with ease. You can tell he is very comfortable with the subject matter, which I consider most important in a tutor. He explains math in ways were all children can understand. You can ask him hundred times for a re explanation and he will teach it to you. I find DR.Rezazadeh trustworthy because he will make time for his students even if he is busy.

Hamid is an excellent instructor, he tutored me in math for grade 11 and 12 and my grades drastically improved over the 2 years going up over 20% from my grade 10 math mark to my grade 12 math mark. Dr Hamid is the best tutor I have ever met, he taught pre calculus 12 to my daughter for few short months; my daughter’s grade improved dramatically and she got accepted to sfu ,(computer science). HAMID is a really good and experienced teacher but unfortunately, he's usually extremely busy so it's hard to schedule sessions with him. His teaching style and method is really awesome as he writes out proofs and explains to them while going through formulas and problems and ask step by step through all the topics, examples and practices . He could stand to work on maybe providing material for his students but other than that he's fantastic.

Our sessions would be set up one on one or online.
The online sessions could be run out by ZOOM, WhatsApp, We-chat and other educational apps and we are more flexible respect to in person sessions. We will charge $75 per hour for online sessions.
Regarding in person sessions, with attention to limited spots in my schedule and priority in locations and programs, I am available in great metro Vancouver, like North Shore (West Vancouver, North Vancouver), Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Burnaby, Richmond, and Surrey.
For in person sessions, the hourly rate would be considered between $75 to $120 depends on transportation fee, grade (4 to 12, IB, AP, Prep exams) ,college or University courses and programs.
