About Mahy
Hi! I’m Dr. Mahy Tawfik, a passionate science educator with over 10 years of experience teaching Biology and STEAM subjects to international students. I hold a Doctorate in Education Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, which allows me to integrate real-life scientific applications into my lessons and explain complex biological concepts with clarity and depth. I have extensive experience with: IGCSE Biology (Cambridge & Edexcel) AS/A-Level Biology STEAM & scientific inquiry-based learning I currently work as a Biology Teacher at Cambridge Online Academy International UK, where I teach IGCSE and A-Level Biology to students from diverse backgrounds. In addition, I serve as the Head of Science Department and STEAM Curriculum Coordinator at an American international school in Egypt, and I’m an Adjunct Instructor at the University of the People (California, USA).
