My Approach to Teaching Piano Hi! I’m Zina, a passionate pianist with 8 years of experience playing and performing. My goal is simple: to make piano lessons fun, inspiring, and tailored to each student’s unique learning style. Teaching Method & Techniques I believe learning piano should be both enjoyable and effective. I combine traditional techniques like sight-reading, scales, and proper finger positioning with creative exercises such as learning your favorite songs and improvisation. This way, lessons are exciting while still building strong fundamentals. A Typical Lesson Plan Warm-up: Finger exercises to improve speed and flexibility. Song Practice: We work on a song you love — pop, classical, worship, or movie soundtracks. Theory in Action: Music theory introduced in small, easy-to-understand steps.
