I've got 19 years experience in teaching, Bachelor Degree in Philology. I've taught people of different ages, from 5 to 72 years old. The lessons are 60min for Beginner to Intermediate levels, 90 min for Upper-Intermediate-Advanced levels.
Communicative approach is the main method, although the students will also learn writing and reading. Video resources are widely used at the lesson. And pronunciation will be learnt from a native speaker, which is the main pro.
