About Kai

I’m a singing tutor with over five years of experience and a Bachelor of Music Education, specializing in voice. My passion lies in vocal storytelling through Jazz Standards, Broadway solos, and timeless Golden Age repertoire. I love helping students bring songs to life with swing phrasing, jazz ornamentation, and authentic character interpretation. Reading and interpreting lead sheets is also a key part of my teaching, allowing singers to connect deeply with the music. I work closely with passionate adults, seasoned singers, and community theater actors who want to elevate their performance skills. Together, we focus on expression, style, and emotional depth. I believe every song tells a story, and my goal is to help you tell yours with confidence and flair.
