About Bushra

Hey there! My name is Bushra. I'm from Bangladesh. I'm a second-year student at Taylor's University, studying Bachelor of Education. I'm specializing in Primary Education, while also getting a minor in Psychology. I chose to study these because I used to tutor two primary students for 3-4 years. And they inspired me to become a teacher, who not only teaches academic curricula but can also teach them moral values and principles and give them more insight into the real-world issues. I'd like my students to be able to respect me while at the same time feel comfortable with me. I have interned initially as a student-teacher at Taylor's International School, KL from August-November 2023. I was placed in Primary Year 2 class, so I have experience working with children. Currently, I'm doing my final internship at Taylor's International School Puchong in Year 5.

About the lesson

1. I like doing one-on-one lessons so that students can have the 100% attention and guidance they might be lacking in their schools. 2. I believe in practicing methods that cater to individuals' needs. 3. I prefer to facilitate their learning process instead of dictating it. So students will be guided through their work by being encouraged to utilize their critical thinking skills instead of just rote learning.

Its an absolute delight to be around her.. She is so full of life around kids and they love her..
